This model represents a Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5a piloted by Major Keith Logan Caldwell of No. 74 Squadron whilst stationed in Clairmaris, France, September 1918. Maj. Caldwell was New New Zealand's most successful fighter pilot, scoring 25 aerial victories.
