Designed and built by Curtiss the P-40 was a frontliine American fighter throughout WWII. Made famous by the American Volunteer Group, the Flying Tigers, P-40s were often decorated with fierce gaping rows of tiger shark teeth.
The art on this bottle represents the Museum's P-40N which rolled off the Buffalo NY assembly line in 1945, and was immediately flown into surplus storage in Arizona.
