These ornaments were made by the same artist Thenjiwe Pretty Chinedo who helped create the beadwork for The MiG-21 Project, the third and final installment in South African artist Ralph Ziman's Weapons of Mass Production trilogy, on display at The Museum of Flight for a limited time. Over five years, Ziman and his team transformed a decommissioned Cold War-era MiG-21 fighter jet into a monumental work of art-entirely covered in tens of millions of colorful glass beads.
This ornament measures approximately 1.5" by 1.5" and is covered in glass beads, the same type used in The MiG-21 Project. Comes in either gold or silver.
